This refers to orders made on the website.
CANCELLATION, CHANGE TO DELIVERY DATES AND REFUND
- If you need to cancel, change the date of delivery of your order or change details about your order, inform us as far in advance as possible.
- Cancellation made a minimum of 24h before scheduled delivery will be refunded in full.
- Cancellation made on the day when the delivery is scheduled/ less than 24h are non-refundable.
- For changes of delivery date, PÉCHÉ MIGNON LONDRES must be notified a minimum of 48h to ensure availability for delivery.
DELIVERY
- On the day of the delivery, please be available to accept your order during the date and time specified on the form. The package will not be left outside the door if there is no one at home. Also, unless specified in the order details, the driver will not leave the package with a neighbor. If a delivery is not possible because there's no one at home, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- We will always try to deliver your order on time. However, there may be rare unforeseen circumstances (e.g. sudden staff illness, broken machinery, work incident...etc) that could prevent us from delivering your order on time or result in having to cancel the order. In such instances, you will be contacted as soon as possible, and if we are unable to fulfil your order, you will be offered something of similar value in exchange or a refund for the missing item(s) or where relevant, the full order.
